The Beaman Memorial Public Library will close at 4pm on Tuesday, December 2nd due to the snow storm. The Library will reopen at 10am on Wednesday. Stay safe!
The Library will be closing at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 26th and remain closed through Thursday, November 27th in observance of Thanksgiving. The Library will reopen at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 28th.

The Friends of the Beaman Library’s Annual Book Sale is this weekend! Friends Only Night will be from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, September 12th. The Book Sale will be open to the public from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 13th and Sunday, September 14th.
Tonight’s program, Serving the World: Worcester Dining Cars, will now begin at 6:30 p.m.
The Library will return to Fall Saturday hours (10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) starting on Saturday, September 6th.
The library will be closed on Saturday, August 30th in observance of Labor Day.
In observance of Independence Day, the Library will be closed Friday, July 4 and Saturday, July 5. The Library will reopen on Tuesday, July 8 at 10:00 a.m.
The Library will be closed on Thursday, June 19 in observance of Juneteenth. The Library will reopen on Friday, June 20 at 10:00 a.m.
Beginning May 31, the Library’s Summer Saturday hours will take effect with open hours changing to 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
