Mindful Meditation with Carol McGuiggan
Wednesday, March 11 at 6:30 p.m.
This class is open to all individuals wishing to develop the skills which cultivate inner awareness, health and well-being. The practice will include techniques which contribute to: improved concentration, clarity of mind, relaxation for stress reduction, techniques for physical and emotional well-being, and to promote self-awareness. Bring your yoga mat or sitting cushion or meditation zafu and a receptive attitude. Additional classes include April 22 and May 20.
