Wednesday, November 20 from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
This class is open to all individuals wishing to develop the skills which cultivate inner awareness, health and well-being. The practice will include techniques which contribute to: improved concentration, clarity of mind, relaxation for stress reduction, techniques for physical and emotional well-being, and to promote self-awareness.
Bring your yoga mat or sitting cushion or meditation zafu AND a receptive attitude. This program will also be held on August 8. Instructor: Carol McGuiggan, Practitioner/Instructor for over 50 years.
