Tuesday, June 4 from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
This class is open to all individuals wishing to develop the skills which cultivate inner awareness, health and well-being. The practice will include techniques which contribute to:
- improved concentration
- clarity of mind
- relaxation for stress reduction
- techniques for physical and emotional well-being
- and to promote self-awareness
Bring your yoga mat or sitting cushion or meditation zafu AND a receptive attitude. This program will also be held on July 18 and August 8.
