This class is open to all individuals wishing to develop the skills which cultivate inner awareness, health and well-being. The practice will include techniques which contribute to:

  • improved concentration
  • clarity of mind
  • relaxation for stress reduction
  • techniques for physical and emotional well-being
  • and to promote self-awareness

Bring your yoga mat or sitting cushion or meditation zafu AND a receptive attitude. This program will also be held on July 18 and August 8.
