Penguin with headphones and walkerOur annual Summer Reading Program for Adults will be taking place during the months of June, July, and August! This year, you will use Beanstack to log all reading activity. To sign up, please visit Beanstack or click on the penguin and register for the Summer 2021: Tails and Tales for Adults challenge. Each item borrowed from Beaman Library and read or listened to during the summer months will translate into one entry for an end-of-challenge drawing for gift certificates to local restaurants.

If you are unfamiliar with Beanstack, watch this tutorial to learn how to create a Beanstack account and enroll in the different reading challenges.

Summer Programs

This year, the Library will host a number of programs both virtually and outdoors, as weather permits. To view the many programs that will be offered, including book discussion groups, crafts and virtual webinars, visit the Library's Event Calendar or the Programming for Adults page. Descriptions of each program, as well as instructions regarding sign-up can be found in each of these locations. We are looking forward to seeing you this summer!
