Meditation with Andy
Tuesday, May 17 at 6:30 p.m.
Life has been pretty stressful; sometimes emotions can get out of hand but mindful practices can help. Fortunately, Dr. Andrew Linscott is able to teach you simple meditation techniques to de-escalate tension, reduce anxiety, and de-stress. This program is perfect for school-aged children, teens, and adults. Please email ssmith@cwmars.org with 'Andy' in the subject line if you would like to attend.

Mindful Meditation with Carol McGuiggan - In Person
Wednesday, May 18 at 6:30 p.m.
This class is open to individuals wishing to develop inner awareness, health, and well-being. Practice techniques to improve concentration, clarity of mind, relaxation, and self-awareness. Bring a yoga mat or sitting cushion and a receptive attitude. Please email beaman@cwmars.org at least 24 hours prior to this program to register. Registration will open May 3.

beeBook Launch & Beaman Library Fundraiser! - In Person
Saturday, May 21 at 11:00 a.m.
Join West Boylston resident and writer Loree Griffin Burns as she launches her newest book for children with a library fundraising book extravaganza! Honeybee Rescue: A Backyard Drama tells the story of beekeeper John Connery and a colony of honeybees that moved out of his backyard hive box and into his ramshackle garage. This is a backyard drama you don’t want to miss. Join us to hear more about it! Copies of the book, filled with eye-popping images by local photographer Ellen Harasimowicz, will be available for sale and signing after the event (only cash and check accepted for payment). Haiku with Loree Griffin Burns

Join West Boylston writer Loree Griffin Burns to reconsider and reconnect with the natural world through this poetic form. This group is for adults and teenagers—beginner to master—interested in exploring haiku in English. Pollinators and Pollinator Gardens
Saturday, June 4 at 10:00 a.m.
Join Kathryn from the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation to learn how to identify some native plants and pollinators so that you can join the movement to attract pollinators to your own backyard. Yoga with Taylor
Tuesday, June 14 at 5:30 p.m.
This class is for those who would like to slow down and enjoy a gentle-paced flow. With emphasis on connecting breath to movement, students will have an opportunity to experience a mindful and relaxing practice. Please dress for movement and bring a yoga mat or thick towel. Mindfulness Meditation and Hatha Yoga for Stress Reduction and Relaxation with Carol McGuiggan
Wednesdays, June 15 and 22 at 6:30 p.m.
For beginner, intermediate, and experienced practitioners. Learn hatha yoga and mindfulness skills to turn off ‘auto-pilot’ and open to life more fully. Stop in on Ukulele Day to learn to play, try out different ukuleles, perform, and enjoy mini-concerts by Dave. Sponsored by the West Boylston Cultural Council. This program is for all ages and abilities! 

Cast Iron Cooking
Thursday, June 30 at 6:00 p.m.
